Newer generation Intel Core i5/i7/i9 or AMD Ryzen 5/7/9 commands significantly higher prices than older Core 2 Duo or i3 systems.
Discrete GPUs (NVIDIA RTX / AMD RX series) add substantial value. Integrated graphics systems are valued lower.
16GB+ RAM and NVMe SSD storage significantly improve buyback value versus 4GB / HDD configurations.

Yes. We buy faulty units for parts or repair. The offer will be lower than a working unit, but bring it in — it’s worth getting a free assessment rather than discarding it.
How do I get a price estimate before coming in?
Call us on 9750 4333 and describe your desktop’s specs (CPU, RAM, GPU, age, and condition). We’ll give you a rough range over the phone. Final offer is confirmed after in-person inspection.
Do I need to bring accessories and cables?
No — the tower or unit alone is fine. Original accessories (monitor, keyboard, mouse, power cable) can increase the offer but are not required.
How long does the assessment take?
Most assessments take 15–30 minutes. Walk in, we inspect the unit, give you a firm offer, and if you accept, we pay you immediately.
Will my data be deleted?
Yes — we perform a secure data erasure of all storage drives before the unit is resold. We recommend backing up any important files before bringing the desktop in.
Do you buy custom-built PCs?
Yes. Custom-built gaming rigs are often our highest buyback offers. Bring in the full system and we’ll assess the GPU, CPU, RAM, and motherboard individually for the best combined price.
What payment methods do you use?
We pay in cash or via PayNow — both are immediate. No bank transfer delays or online marketplace risks.
