Frequently Asked Questions

Can I combine multiple upgrades in one visit?

Yes — and it’s cheaper that way. Once your PC is open, adding RAM, fans, or cable management takes very little extra time. Most upgrades are done same-day.

Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are welcome at all 4 locations. WhatsApp first if you’re doing a GPU swap or full rebuild so we can confirm parts availability.

What case brands do you stock?

Lian Li, DeepCool, Phanteks, Tecware and more. WhatsApp for current stock or bring your own case — we’ll do the transfer.

Is the Valkyrie R125 compatible with my motherboard?

The R125 supports LGA1700 (Intel 12th–14th gen), AM5, and AM4 sockets. We’ll confirm fit before ordering.

Will upgrading my RAM void any warranty?

For pre-built desktop PCs, upgrading RAM typically does not void the system warranty. We’ll advise when you bring it in.
