PCB, VRAM chips, power connectors, and cooling system checked for physical damage, burn marks, or signs of prior overclocking damage.
All display outputs (HDMI, DisplayPort) verified functional. No dead ports, no signal issues.
Full load stress test using 3DMark and FurMark. GPU must sustain target clock speeds and temperatures without artifacting, crashes, or throttling.
VRAM tested for errors using dedicated memory diagnostics. Faulty VRAM causes artifacting and crashes — we reject any card that doesn’t pass.
Fan operation, thermal pad condition, and heatsink contact verified. Thermal paste replaced where needed before sale.
