Aftershock laptops come with a 2-year parts warranty from the date of purchase (desktops get 3 years), and you can buy extensions. There are two types of cover:

• Carry-in — you drop the laptop off and collect it from Aftershock’s service centre at B-Central, 996 Bendemeer Road, about 10 minutes from Boon Keng MRT.
• Pickup & return — Aftershock covers the delivery to and from the service centre.

If your laptop is inside that window and the fault is a failed part, use the warranty — opening it elsewhere first can complicate your claim. Warranties generally don’t cover drops, liquid spills or wear-and-tear, and that’s where an independent repair is often the faster option.

🔧 Why Aftershock Repairs Are a Bit Different

Aftershock designs and configures its laptops, but the chassis are built by established notebook makers (Aftershock has long been a distributor and system builder for Clevo-based machines). That matters for repairs: the right screen, keyboard, battery or hinge depends on the underlying chassis model, not just the Aftershock name on the lid.

Before you come in, flip the laptop over and note the model on the bottom label, or check it in the BIOS. It helps us source the correct part first time. If you can’t find it, bring the laptop in — we’ll identify it during the free diagnosis.
